Tails

Not gonna lie, Tails is probably my favorite Sonic character. Yeah, he's cute and all, but I especially like the way he started breaking out and becoming more awesome around SA2 with the Cyclone and everything. And Prison Lane has one of my favorite songs in the game. (Unpopular opinion: I actually liked his and Eggman's stages more than Sonic and Shadow's)

I just hope I did him justice honestly, I'm still terrible at shading and motion effects. umu
